More than ever we are living in a time of rapid and constant change and development where old structures and values crumble and new ones appear. This continuous movement naturally meets resistance. On the interface between old and new, between control and trust, the need for new visions and skills emerges. Challenging the old knowledge, daring to question old convictions or taking bold decisions requires an alternative approach. Vialingua aims to provide tools for such an approach to facilitate cross-border communication for businesses and institutions keen on avoiding cultural misunderstandings whilst supporting tolerance and (self-)respect between companies and individuals.

Coaching
The qualities, values and visions of each individual, company, institution or country are unique and are expressed in their internal and external communication. These directly influence our behaviour. Sometimes unease creeps in without any clear reason. Coaching can help to clarify the problem, develop a new (self-)image, discover alternatives, define new aims or create other perspectives. ViaLingua offers various forms of coaching and regularly combines individual coaching sessions with communication workshops and group training for a range of purposes.

Language training
Even though language is just one part of our communication skills, developing fluency and expertise in a language facilitates (business) exchange, enriches encounters and increases human understanding and tolerance. Vialingua offers training sessions for and through the Dutch, French and English languages to support governmental institutions, businesses and expats who want to work across borders and are in need of acquiring a new language level.

Translation and editing
To support your written communication, translations of documents, reports and other texts are offered from English into Dutch, from English into French and vice versa. You may also want to contact us for translation into German. Editing Dutch and English texts are among other services we offer.
